Well it seems to me you are looking for a car not a truck, Get a little 4 cylinder gas efficent car like a mitsubitshi eclipse.

But from my knowleage GMC’s Sierra is good mileage.I think I saw 5 cylinder truck that chevy makes as well. But if you are looking for a real Truck go with Toyota Tundra it is powerful iforce 5.7L v-8.
